WHATS METHODS DO YOU USE?

I only use gentle and subtle approaches to help with your child's sleep training. I will assess your child before I create a plan making sure that I can take into account your child's personality and temperament.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Each child is different but by coaching you as their parent or carer I can give you all the tools you will need to help shape your child's new sleeping habits. I would like to start seeing an improvement within a few weeks as long as you remain consistent.

DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?

YES! I offer face to face consultations over Zoom. As these consultations are done remotely I can help families' who are in completely different countries and timezones!

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Make sure you can get your partner, a family member or a close friend to join us on the consultation so they can help support you throughout the sleep training, there may be some nights where you need that extra bit of help!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD BECOMES POORLY OR IS TEETHING?

Children are always going to become poorly at some point and are usually always having some sort of teething periods. I would suggest carry on with your training making sure you reassure your child as much as you can, you cannot stop a child from being poorly so dealing with it head on will be great practice for the future!
